The lowest component which reflect the organizational commitment is continuance commitment with factor loading of 0.647. The dominant component which reflect construct of organizational commitment is the affective commitment with factor loading of 0.946. Based on the result of the analysis, it is concluded that the components and indicators which form organizational commitment are valid and reliable. ![]() Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS 3.2.8 with reflective construct through CFA 2nd order is utilized to analyze the data.
